How does it work?
We scour the web for the very best education resources. We also receive submissions from content creators, or indeed anyone else, for the very best education resources they think deserve our attention. Our team of highly trained teachers and expert content creators review the resources and, if we really like them, will include them in our newsletter and social media outlets.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. It’s free to submit resources and it’s free to subscribe to our newsletter.
What are the acceptance criteria?
It depends on the type of product. For digital products, such as printables or digital platforms (BOOM, Google, etc.), we consider things like the following:
- Instructions
- Value for money
- Effectiveness
- Ease of use
- Presentation
For other resources, like Youtube channels, websites, podcasts, etc., we review as much content as we can before we determine whether to feature the resource.
Who reviews the products?
We have a range of teachers and expert content creators who evaluate submissions. All of us are active in education and/or the education resources creation industry.
Do I need to send you my resource?
In order for us to assess your resource, we will have to see it, which is why we ask you to send it in – instructions will be provided after completion of the submission form. However, you may apply an unobtrusive watermark if you wish.
Do you host the products on the Best Teacher Resources website?
No. We don’t host the products ourselves. We find the best resources we can find and let you know about them. We’ll provide the resource owner’s links, such as the link to their specific product page or store.
Can I pay to have my resource recommended?
No. Resources are recommended based strictly on their merits only.
